Cost of Therapy

Sliding scale cost for 50-53 minute session - $120-$220

Low cost sessions are available by inquiry.

Think of the sliding scale as a way to make therapy more accessible for yourself or for your community. By choosing a higher rate, you help me offer more low-cost slots, making therapy accessible to those who may not have the finances or support to be able to access it. Some reasons to consider paying more include:

- There is more than one person paying for/attending a session (dyads, triads, partnerships, families, etc.)

- You have financial security and don’t worry about food and housing.

- You have financial support from - family and friends, or other safety net.

- You have had access to higher education or have access.

- You hold privileged identities.

WPATH/Gender Letter - pay what you can!

Forms of payment accepted - major credit/debit card

I currently do not accept insurance, but I can provide you with a superbill, which is a detailed receipt of your session that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that coverage for out-of-network providers varies, so it is your responsibility to check with your insurance to see what they will cover.

Cancellation Policy - please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid being charged in full for your scheduled session.
